Growth Data Analyst

Homzmart is an end to end community that connects home professionals with homeowners who can browse home designs, furniture, accessories and products and also can find reviews, referring professionals, take advice from professionals and read articles about home improvement.

As a Growth Data Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing complex datasets to provide valuable
insights that drive strategic decision-making and business growth. Using your strong analytical skills and
attention to detail, you will transform raw data into actionable insights, enabling stakeholders to make
informed, data-driven decisions. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Be part of the CVM team to support daily operations through targeted data extraction and analysis.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis to support day-to-day tasks for the Growth team.
• Create and maintain dynamic, interactive visualizations to interpret and analyze data, integrating reporting components from multiple sources.
• Proactively analyze data to answer key business questions, with a focus on identifying performance drivers and areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and maintain databases by sourcing data from primary and secondary sources and build scripts to enhance the flexibility and scalability of data evaluation processes.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, enhance customer segmentation models, and leverage insights to drive product development and marketing initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science.
• 1+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in data extraction from various sources and data visualization using tools like Python Mandatory strong expertise in SQL.
• Advanced knowledge of Python for data analytics and automation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
• Solid business acumen with the ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
