• Develop and implement comprehensive growth and marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Leverage data analytics, customer insights, and market trends to inform and optimize marketing campaigns.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and customer needs.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve defined objectives.
• Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, content marketing, and traditional marketing efforts.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign performance and adaptation strategies.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with stakeholders and industry influencers to enhance brand visibility and reach.
