For more information on GroupM, our agencies and WPP, please visit and Position Overview The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the creation of visually compelling designs that align with our brand and captivate audiences. They will mentor junior designers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and bring innovative ideas to life. Three best things about the job: 1. This role puts you at the creative core of GroupM, a major player in the media industry. You’ll be a part of a team that drives brand consistency and responds to social trends with innovative designs. This means your creative vision will directly influence campaigns and projects that have a broad regional reach. Key Responsibilities: Design and Creative Direction:
Conceptualize and design a wide range of media assets, including digital ads, social media content, motion graphics, video overlays, print materials, and website visuals. Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all projects. Stay ahead of design trends and apply them creatively to meet the company’s goals.
Leadership and Mentorship:
Guide and mentor junior designers, fostering professional growth and ensuring the team delivers high-quality work. Provide constructive feedback and oversee revisions to achieve the best results.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, video production, editorial, and development teams to deliver cohesive designs that support campaigns and projects. Collaborate with clients or stakeholders to understand their vision and ensure designs meet their objectives.
Creative Innovation:
Experiment with new tools, techniques, and design methods to elevate the company’s visual storytelling capabilities. Propose creative solutions that address challenges or improve processes.
Quality Control:
Review and refine creative outputs, ensuring all designs and animations meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.
Key Skills Experience:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or related fields is preferred. Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in graphic design and motion graphics within a dynamic agency environment. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Cinema 4D or Blender. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and motion graphics. Deep familiarity with social media platforms and their unique features. Ability to tailor and optimize creatives specifically for each platform, leveraging platform-specific functionalities to enhance engagement and effectiveness. Familiarity with AI-driven design tools and techniques is highly desirable. Knowledge in this area will be considered a significant bonus, as it is increasingly integral to innovative content creation and automation processes. * Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
