About This Role
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team, specializing in PowerPoint Consulting Presentations. You will play a key role in creating visually engaging presentations, newsletters, brochures, social media posts, and reports for a wide range of clients in a fast-paced environment.
What will you do:
- Design High-Impact PowerPoint Presentations: Create visually compelling and structured consulting presentations that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages.
- Develop Engaging Visual Content: Design newsletters, brochures, reports, and social media graphics that enhance brand identity and storytelling.
- Enhance and Optimize Existing Materials: Improve the quality and consistency of client-facing and internal materials by refining layouts, typography, colors, and data visualization.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with consultants, project managers, and marketing teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored design solutions.
- Ensure Brand Consistency: Uphold design standards and brand guidelines across all deliverables, maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism.
- Manage Multiple Projects: Prioritize tasks effectively, handle tight deadlines, and adapt to shifting project needs while maintaining attention to detail.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Design Trends & Tools: Continuously improve design approaches by exploring new trends, tools, and best practices in PowerPoint and graphic design.
You’re Good at:
- PowerPoint Mastery: Crafting visually compelling, structured, and on-brand PowerPoint presentations with a strong understanding of slide design, templates, and data visualization.
- Design Thinking: Applying layout, typography, color theory, and branding principles to create cohesive and engaging visual content.
- Visual Storytelling: Transforming complex information into clear, digestible, and aesthetically appealing designs that enhance communication.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring consistency in formatting, alignment, and overall design quality across all deliverables.
- Time & Project Management: Handling multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines, and adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaboration & Communication: Working closely with stakeholders, understanding project requirements, and translating ideas into polished visuals while maintaining brand integrity.
- Technical Proficiency: Utilizing design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) alongside PowerPoint to produce high-quality work across various formats.
Your Experience, Education & Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in PowerPoint presentations and print/digital collateral.
- Proficiency in design software, especially PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), any additional software expertise is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
