Graduate Intern (Human Resources)
Job Description
Assist in the analysis of compensation data and benefits programs. Support the development and implementation of total rewards strategies. Conduct market research to benchmark compensation and benefits offerings. Help prepare reports and presentations on total rewards metrics. Participate in employee engagement surveys and analyze results related to rewards and recognition. Collaborate with the HR team to support ongoing projects and initiatives. Assist in the communication of total rewards programs to employees. Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Skills
Fresh graduate. A passion for HR and a desire to learn about total rewards. Bachelor's degree in business administration with focus in HR or any related discipline. Excellent command of English language. Fast learner and problem solver with an enthusiasm to learn. Strong teamwork skills and ability to work with a diverse team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience in a dynamic HR environment. Mentorship and professional development opportunities. Exposure to different industries and insights into best practices.
