A top employer Multinational Pharmaceutical company is looking to hire an exceptional dynamic Government Affairs Lead!
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute government affairs strategies to promote the organization's goals and objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with government officials, policymakers, and other key influencers.
Collaborate with internal teams to analyze the impact of proposed regulations and legislation on the company, and develop appropriate responses and action plans.
Conduct research and analysis on government policies, initiatives, and trends that may impact the organization.
Engage in coalition building and partnership development with other entities and industry groups to amplify our advocacy efforts.
Stay informed about industry best practices and trends in government affairs to continuously improve our strategies and approaches.
Key Requirements:
10 years of experience in Government/ Public Affairs, or any relatable field.
Team-player with excellent communication skills.
Proven track record in complexity management.
Previous/ current hands-on experience in Public Policy & Policy Shapping is a MUST.
Current/ previous experience within top consultancy Public Affairs firms.
Current/ Previous hands-on experience working for NGOs is a huge plus.
Fluent English.
Agile caliber who's able to set a plan, work on its execution & collaborate cross-functionally with different internal/ external stakeholders.
