Responsibilities Lead the Strategy and Deployment (S&T) technical engagement for go-to-market (GTM) capabilities for both beverage and snacks businesses to develop digital solutions aligned with business needs. Oversee the design and deployment of commercial capabilities within scope, benefits, timeline, and budget while adhering to PepsiCo’s Enterprise Architecture and Security standards. Strategize, innovate, and enhance capabilities to support GTM transformation, driving consensus on global standard solutions while minimizing localizations. Manage the commercial IT Annual Operating Plan, capital expenditure (CAPEXs), and support business case development for digitalization and automation projects, tracking IT value realization post-implementation. Collaborate within S&T teams on opportunities to lift & shift GTM capabilities. Lead IT productivity initiatives for GTM solutions. Standardize business processes, define exceptions, and ensure process design leveraging industry best practices (with input from S&T and Commercial leads). Engage key stakeholders - Business, IT, Vendors - in change management to ensure successful deployment Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant STEM field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science) Possess a comprehensive understanding of FMCG go-to-market processes (Traditional Trade, Direct vs. Indirect selling, Order Taking, fulfillment, Modern Trade etc.), and their supporting IT systems, and opportunities to improve frontline efficiency and effectiveness 12+ years of experience in delivery and operations of Go-To-Market IT digital capabilities (Salesforce Automation, mobility and ERP solutions) Project management experience Navigation skills and problem-solving ability to align and influence stakeholders. Strong leadership, relationship building, and stakeholder management capability to own and lead the agenda to deliver business value and growth. Strong influencing skills to promote initiatives within the business unit and secure support from the broader PepsiCo teams. Strong presentation and advanced conceptual selling skills Excellent written and spoken English.
