Scope & Environment
You will join the Global Customer Projects & Service Operations organization of Schneider Electric, and specifically the CS&Q team responsible for CX and Quality in delivering large and complex multi-country projects to our customers, as well as the installation and commissioning operations onsite.
You will report solid line to our VP of Customer Satisfaction & Quality for this organization and closely collaborate with Projects and Services Corporate Quality. The scope of the role in International.
Mission
You will manage the Global Quality function as a central SME for the CS&Q to ensure the right understanding, training, deployment, and adoption of the I2P and quality methodologies/techniques. In addition, you will define and lead strategic quality initiatives to impact the overall mission of the team; exceeding customer expectations for project quality, and supporting operational excellence, and ensuring the right level of quality. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, CPO, LOBs , engineering, and other CS&Q organizations.

•Quality Strategy and Initiatives:
ØYou will be responsible to define and monitor the Quality performance KPIs (CRs, Cases, BRE, CMI, OSI) to understand the major Quality defects/concerns in the organization and define Actions Plans.
ØLead initiatives aimed at continuous improvement in quality processes, methodologies, and tools using data-driven approaches.
ØMonitor and distribute the monthly Quality leaderboard to all GCP&SO leaders.
•Quality management system / ISO certification (9001):
ØYou will participate in internal/external audits organized by the Quality Systems Lead upon request as the Process Advocate of the I2P.
ØYou will support in the management of ISO NC, observations and opportunities for improvement identified related to the Quality Strategy and I2P.
ØYou will be the owner of the PFMEA of CPP Installation and Commissioning, and therefore, you will monitor the evolution of RPNs to ensure high and severe risks are mitigated.
•I2P SME & OSO reference:
ØYou will support regional leaders and project Quality leaders in Projects and services quality as a Subject Mater expert in I2P processes and procedures.
ØYou will control the Quality skillset matrix of the CS&Q team and animate trainings/Q&A sessions when needed.
ØYou will support the team in any Quality methodology/technique: Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys, FMEA, A3, ….
ØYou will be the OSO reference if any OSI is open providing guidance with the process and ensuring the right analysis is done. You will closely collaborate with the PS&S OSO.

About You
Education: An engineering/master’s degree in engineering (electrical engineering preferred), and/or Quality Management.
Language:
·Fluency in English is a must
·French is a plus
Experience:
·Minimum 5/10 years’ experience working in Quality assurance, Project Quality and/or other CS&Q areas.
·Knowledgeable of Quality techniques and methodologies: 8D practitioner certified (PRB), Root Cause Analysis (5 whys, fishbone diagram), Pareto Charts, Kaikaku, Kaizen, Six Sigma.
·Experience in Leading quality initiatives in a project-based and/or service operations environment or Similar.
·Understanding ISO9001 and previous experience as auditor is valued.
