Job Context: As the General Manager, you will oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and profitability. You will lead a team dedicated to upholding our brand standards and creating memorable dining experiences.


Key Accountabilities
  • Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Customer Experience: Foster a customer-centric environment that delivers outstanding service and ensures guest satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Drive profitability through effective cost management, revenue generation strategies, and achieving financial targets.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold food quality and hygiene standards, ensuring adherence to recipes, preparation techniques, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine menu offerings, ensuring variety, quality, and profitability.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and enhance brand visibility, including promotions, social media engagement, and community outreach.
  • Vendor Management: Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality ingredients and cost efficiency.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze trends to inform strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections, staff training, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Customer Feedback and Resolution: Monitor customer feedback channels, respond to inquiries and complaints promptly, and implement improvements based on customer insights.
  • Community Engagement: Build relationships within the local community, participate in community events, and support initiatives that align with the restaurant's values and mission.
  • Staff Engagement and Development: Foster a positive work environment through effective leadership, team-building activities, and ongoing training and development opportunities for staff members.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management on long-term strategic planning, expansion initiatives, and business development opportunities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the food service industry.
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of achieving operational excellence and financial goals.
  • Experience in the restaurants is a must.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships with customers and motivating a diverse team.
  • Understanding of local food safety regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
