Qualifications
• Previous international experience in 5* luxury resorts as General Manager.
• Previous location experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Marketing and business development expertise
• Knowledge of local market, regulations and industry standards.
• Financial acumen and budget management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
