About the job General and Administration Jr. Accountant

Key responsibility :

Process accounts payable transactions, including verifying invoices, obtaining approvals, and issuing payments to vendors (3-way Matching)
Assist with general ledger maintenance by recording journal entries, reconciling accounts, and supporting month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Perform data entry tasks to accurately input financial information into accounting software and spreadsheets.
Record HQ Petty Cash.
Upload Bank Payment By Vendor.
Clear Bank Account on SAP.
Provide support for financial reporting activities, including compiling data for budgeting, forecasting, and audits.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by management as needed.

Job Requirements :

BS degree in Finance, Accounting
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software
Knowledge of accounting principles and understanding of accounts receivable processes
Effective communication and interpersonal skills from 0-2 Years of experience as an Accountant
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (must have knowledge of formulas).
