Responsibilities
  • Manage the company's financial records, and prepare annual budget.
  • Manage clients invoices.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
  • Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards or Egyptian Tax laws
  • Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate annual audits.
  • Provide support for various financial analysis projects and ad hoc reporting as needed.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP systems) and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
