Location: 10th of Ramadan City, Egypt Experience: 6 months to 1 year Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated General Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of accounting experience and a strong understanding of basic accounting principles. As a General Accountant, you will be responsible for handling daily financial transactions, assisting with financial reporting, and maintaining accurate accounting records. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial statements, reports, and records.
Post journal entries, update ledgers, and ensure accurate accounting of transactions.
Prepare and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Perform general administrative and accounting duties as required.
Qualifications:
6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience with accounting software (e.g., Odoo, ERP systems) is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
