Overview: Will oversee financial records, reconciliations, cost analysis, and reporting. Responsibilities include preparing budgets, ensuring tax compliance, supporting audits, and providing financial insights to support decision-making across the company. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for all company transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and payroll.
Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations of bank accounts, general ledgers, and other financial statements.
Analyze costs associated with imports, and logistics operations to ensure profitability and identify areas for cost optimization.
Assist with the preparation and filing of VAT returns, customs duties, and other tax-related documents in accordance with local regulations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Prepare the company’s budget and provide financial forecasts to support decision-making.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies while working closely with external auditors and tax authorities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree In Accounting or any related field.
2-4 years of experience in the same position.
Fluent in both Arabic and English.
Proficiency in accounting software.
Proficient in using MS Office.
Working Conditions:
Working hours: From Sunday to Thursday 9:00AM to 5:00PM
