Responsible:


  • Handles day to day petty cash reimbursement and timely recording in system.
  • Check to fund the petty cash drawer and make the appropriate accounting entries.
  • Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
  • Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit, generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance.
  • Handles all kinds of payment for the vendors.
  • Timely accrual of all related transactions.
  • Manages daily financial and accounting tasks for businesses.
  • Maintain accounting controls by following company’s policies and procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Continuing to improve the payment process.
  • Issuing AR Invoices on portal, following up on receiving payments.
  • Preparing aging reports, and statements of Accounts.
  • Proactively engaging in continuous improvement initiatives for the AR process.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements: 


  • Bachelor degree in Commerce - major Accounting (English Section preferred)
  • At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing company in a computerized environment. (ERP experience is an advantage)
  • Excellent user of computer application and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and preferably having experience on SAP financial module.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Very good communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
