TRU is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. You'll be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience while providing crucial administrative support. Key Responsibilities
Greet visitors, determine their needs, and direct them to the appropriate personnel or departments.
Answer phone calls and emails efficiently and courteously.
Manage the front desk area, maintain a clean and organized environment.
Receive and sort mail and deliveries, and maintain accurate records.
Provide administrative support as needed, including filing, data entry, and scheduling.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any equivalent field.
0-2 years of experience as a Receptionist/Admin Assistant.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
