What will you do?
Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
Answer the phone in a timely manner.
Responsible for permission cycle by Coordinating with the duty manager, making follow up, and making sure of delivering it to the security team.
Responsible for receiving the payment for the events, cashless system and some classes of multipurpose rooms and delivering it to the finance team or the responsible.
