• Perform the allocated activities to implement the VOIS Corporate Security strategy related to Fraud Management across VOIS Egypt centres
• Perform specific activities to identify fraud risks, to propose measures to mitigate the internal fraud risk and to ensure full compliance with VOIS Fraud Management related policy and requirements.
• Contribute to enhance the Fraud Management program, provide advice, and support management to improve the level of internal controls to mitigate the fraud risk in VOIS Egypt
• Support to develop and implement the Fraud Management Awareness program and associated activities to raise the level of fraud awareness within VOIS Egypt centres and globally.
• Whenever required, provide local support for Investigations area for any specific activities to ensure business continuity in the respective area and maintain the related KPIs/deliverables for Egypt centre.
• Implement the Fraud Management strategy activities within VOIS Egypt and make sure the allocated specific Fraud Management initiatives are implemented as per the agreed timelines.
• Perform Fraud risk assessment activities: assess the VOIS Egypt processes, identify fraud risks and their related controls and evaluate/propose additional controls to mitigate the fraud risk.
• Support and perform proper follow up actions to ensure the related VOIS Egypt teams will implement the agreed controls to mitigate the fraud risks identified during the Fraud Risk Assessment activity.
• Perform fraud risk assessment activities for all transitions to VOIS Egypt centres
• Analysis of the VOIS fraud incidents, identify fraud trends and related risks and propose specific strategies to limit their impact and reduce their loss for VOIS Egypt.
• Act as technical expert and coordinate the allocated global VOIS Fraud Management initiatives and tool implementations.
• Propose fraud prevention measures/controls/ initiatives to management to further enhance the control environment and mitigate fraud risk.
• Implement the Fraud awareness program in all VOIS Egypt centres: perform specific activities to raise the fraud awareness within VOIS Egypt locations, deliver fraud prevention awareness trainings/workshops for employees and implement specific management awareness initiatives.
• Provide inputs to enhance the global Fraud Management Awareness program within VOIS.
• Identify best practices in Fraud management area (both internally and externally) and propose initiatives to management to enhance the Fraud Management program for VOIS Egypt.
• Collaborate with VOIS internal stakeholders (Investigations Team, Global Fraud Vertical, Risk & Compliance teams, business teams, Internal audit, Group and Local Markets Fraud teams, VOIS Egypt management team etc) to support with expertise, identify fraud risks and evaluate for additional mitigation actions and share best practice
• Provide management report and presentations related to Fraud Management topics in VOIS Egypt and globally.
• When required, provide specific operational support in the Investigations area to contribute to continuity of operations in the respective area and also support in order for Investigations area to maintain the respective KPIs for the allocated tasks.
• Minimum 3-year relevant experience in Fraud Management activities in a large organization
• Solid knowledge regarding Shared services/telecom industry and internal processes.
• Analytical thinking and attention to the details;
• Experience in implementing Fraud management systems or related projects
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Coordination skills, results oriented and focus on priorities.
• Ability to deliver under strict deadlines.
• Fluent in English (writing and speaking).
• Experience in working in international environment
• University degree
• Certifications/trainings in Fraud Management area
