Responsibilities Drive the partnership between Category, Commercialization, Sales Execution, Insights and Sales Finance to translate price, mix, promotions and trade spent strategies into the price and promotions guidelines for the innovation project and action plans; Support Category productivity agenda by preparing and providing financial analysis for the Category Productivity projects; Support Commercialization projects by preparing and providing financial analysis; Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis to help managing Category development and delivering AOP; Upgrade the level and quality of information Category has about the competition; Adapt reporting for flexible requirements and investigate automation opportunities; Demonstrate professional attitude in cross-functional communication. Qualifications University degree in Economics or Finance; Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Finance Strong communication skills: clear, effective and persuasive communication skills; strong people skills: ability to work with and influence peers located in other locations; ability to build and leverage both formal and informal networks across Sector Highly analytical skills needed Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong ability to work in Excel Proficiency in English language Fluency in an additional language is preferred
