THE JOB:
As a Food Runner at Diablo’s Cantina, you’ll be part of a vibrant, fast-paced team, ensuring our guests enjoy exceptional south-of-the-border dining experiences. You’ll support the servers by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with guest requests, and keeping the dining room well-stocked and organized. Whether it’s refilling drinks or replenishing chips and salsa, you’ll help keep the energy flowing and the service smooth in this busy, lively restaurant.
THE STARTING PAY: $13.9589
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Assist servers with clearing tables, resetting them, and ensuring the dining area is always clean and inviting for guests. Refill beverages, bring out additional chips and salsa, and assist with food and drink service when needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, storerooms, and service areas. Coordinate with servers, hosts, and management to ensure tables are turned efficiently for the next set of guests. Engage with guests in a positive and professional manner, ensuring they feel welcomed and cared for.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be 21 years of age or older. Ability to work on-call shifts to potentially cover weekends and holidays Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, staying organized while managing multiple tasks. Strong work ethic with the ability to adapt and remain flexible in high-stress situations. A team player who is eager to contribute to a positive guest experience.
