Raya Auto; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Fleet Sales Manager
What will you do?
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to target fleet customers and achieve sales objectives for electric cars.
Identify and prospect potential fleet customers, build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop presentations, and proposals tailored to the fleet market segment.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to drive sales strategies and product development.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports, track sales performance against targets, and present regular updates to the management team.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to increase brand visibility and network with potential customers.
Act as a liaison between the retail team and corporate team to ensure seamless coordination and avoid any duplicate sales offers.
What will you need?
Minimum 10 years of experience
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, sales or related fields
Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth
