Job DescriptionResponsible for the overall Accounts & Finance related activities for the country operations.
Compliance, both for statutory requirements & internal controls. He will ensure that there is full compliance to all applicable statutes including Taxation Direct and Indirect.
Developing appropriate systems, processes and policies.
Monitoring and ensuring the implementation of financial policies and systems in the country in consultation with the HO.
He will work closely HO Team for implementing various processes and initiatives identified.
Preparation of Country budgets as per the direction of the HO.
Monthly review of Country performance versus budget/targets and analysis of variances, helping Country management to take corrective actions
Reviewing inventory levels versus norms and highlighting to country management as well as operations head to take adequate actions for streamlining. In addition, highlighting OD receivables status on monthly basis together with the agging for both country managment and sales heads to take appropriate actions.
Completion of Audit in time as per the deadline of the Parent company.
Providing strategic recommendations, highlight critical issues to the Management and ensure to excel the business, saving maximum cost, improve profitability and ensure targeted EBITDA
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial management, including at least 3 years in a leadership or controller-level role.
- Proven experience in managing statutory compliance, internal controls, and audits.
- Experience in multi-national companies or regional finance roles is a plus.
