Financial Controller

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Financial Controller to join our team. This role is an exciting opportunity for a finance leader who has proven expertise in managing P&L, costing, internal controls, reporting, and FP&A across both commercial and industrial financial controlling sectors.

• Oversee the management of P&L, costing, and financial reporting for the company
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard financial integrity
• Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, providing strategic insights and analysis to support decision-making
• Manage importation and exportation controls, ensuring compliance and efficiency in financial transactions
• Support the CFO with budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategies
• Mentor and lead a team of 3 direct reports, promoting growth, development, and team success
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting standards are met
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems

• 12-15 years of experience in finance, with a proven track record in financial controlling
• Extensive experience in managing P&L, costing, financial reporting, internal controls, and FP&A
• Expertise in importation and exportation controls
• Exposure to both commercial and industrial financial controlling, ideally within FMCG and Electronics industries
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams
• A strategic mindset with the ability to work closely with senior leadership
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or CFA preferred)
