Summary
The Financial Assistant / Junior Accountant will support the finance department in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with tax and social insurance regulations, and handling administrative financial tasks. This role is essential for optimizing financial operations as the team expands.
Key Responsibilities
1. General Accounting Support
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems.
Support the finance team in day-to-day accounting tasks.
2. Tax and Compliance
Prepare necessary documents for tax filings and compliance purposes.
Act as a focal point for submitting taxation reports and ensuring timely compliance with regulations.
3. Social Insurance
Assist in preparing and processing documents required for social insurance filings.
4. Updating Company Documentation
Ensure all financial documents (e.g., Commercial Registration, Tax Card, Investments Journal) are correctly filed, updated, and easily accessible.
5. General Administrative Tasks
Handle the purchasing of monthly office supplies.
6. Financial Reporting & Special Projects
Assist the finance team with special projects and ad-hoc financial reports as needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience: 4-5 years in a financial assistant or similar role.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Microsoft, QuickBooks, NetSuite).
Soft Skills:
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.
