Work Hours : EST 8 am-5pm(flexible can follow SAST as long as deadlines are met)
Salary : $750-$1000 (depending on experience)

Our mission is to provide affordable and convenient storage solutions with top-notch customer service. As we expand our operations, we are looking for an experienced and driven Financial Analyst for our diverse portfolio of storage facilities. You will work directly with the executive team at a growing US based company.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Underwrite new property acquisitions, including financial modeling and analysis of
- necessary variables (market trends, financial health of target facilities, etc.).
- Run forward-looking projections and review past performance, ensuring accurate and
- actionable insights.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance
- sheets, and forecasts.
- Assist in budgeting and strategic planning processes.
- Provide insights on cost optimization, pricing strategies, and investment performance.
- Collaborate with senior executives to support financial decisions and investor
- relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial analysis or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Experience with financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, forecasts, etc.).
- Previous exposure to the real estate or private equity industry is highly valued.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Independent and self-motivated, with the ability to work remotely and manage time
- effectively.
- Proficiency with project management tools and financial modeling software
Requirements:
- Typing speed of 50+ words per minute.
- Must be available to work during US time zone hours.
- Comfortable working remotely with a clean, professional environment and fast internet connection.
- Must have a second monitor and a fast computer setup.
