Financial Analyst
Location: Remote - preference to Egypt but open globally
Working Hours: Required overlap of 4 hours during Mountain Time Zone, preferably from 8AM to 12noon, Mo - Fr

Role Overview:
Our client is seeking a creative financial analyst who can analyze multiple deals at a single time, put together fund type analytical models with multiple investment groups funding multiple deals. provide sensitivity analyses for these assets during construction and operations. Be able to input the data into completing Power Point presentation for the Owner to visualize and then market.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in real estate investment analysis, particularly in multi-family and hospitality asset classes. This role requires proficiency in financial modeling and Excel, with a strong understanding of key investment metrics. The analyst will work closely with the team, operating independently with high-level guidance, and must be available for regular check-ins during Mountain Time Zone hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Underwrite New Potential Deals
- Analyze and assess potential real estate investments, including market research, construction cost estimation, and financial projections.
- Build construction draws with debt, equity, and interest. Put this into a Gannt chart for ongoing construction projects.
Update Budgets and Financial Projections
- Maintain and revise financial models for existing assets to reflect current performance and market conditions.
Conduct Market Research and Analysis
- Candidate will be independent enough to search out market data to input variable analytical models such as: construction costs, interest rates, land costs...etc as well as revenue generators like estimated ADR, RevPar, and rental rates for different asset classes.
Qualifications:
- Real Estate Experience: 3-5 years of experience analyzing and underwriting real estate investments, particularly in multi-family housing and hospitality asset classes.
- Financial Modeling Proficiency: Strong skills in financial modeling and analysis, with a focus on key investment metrics.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree, with a preference for candidates who have studied at well-regarded institutions such as Cairo University.
- Experience with US Companies: Prior experience working with US-based firms is highly desirable.
- Independent Work Ethic: Ability to operate autonomously, taking high-level direction and executing tasks with minimal supervision.
- Time Zone Availability: Willingness to overlap 4-6 hours with Mountain Time Zone for effective communication and collaboration.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial analysis software.
