Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role as a Financial Analyst at a United States based Real Estate / Private Equity firm. The Financial Analyst will underwrite new acquisitions, do research on necessary variables, run forward-looking projections and past reporting.You will work directly with the executive team at a growing US based company.Qualifications1+ year experience in the Finance fieldA University Degree in the Finance fieldExperience in financial reporting (profit and loss, balance sheet, forcasts, etc)Experience in the real estate or private equity industryStrong communication skillsExcellent organizational skillsProven track record of handling confidential informationAbility to work independently and remotelyProficiency in project management toolsRequirements:Typing speed 50+ words per minuteAbility to work on US time zoneA clean and professional remote work environmentFast internet, a second monitor and a fast computerSalary:$800-1,200 per month, paid in USD depending on experience.Details:Independent contractor agreement paid 2x monthly.Client has a desire for long term commitment.
