Data Transformation and Management: Utilize advanced Excel, Power Query,Power Pivot, and advanced SQL to transform and manage financial data efficiently.
Data Visualization on Metabase Reports: Create and maintain financial reports in Metabase, ensuring data accuracy and translating stakeholder requirements into interactive dashboards and visualizations.
Monthly Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports for the leadership team.
Financial Analysis: Analyse financial results and KPIs, providing actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
Forecasting & Budgeting: Assist Finance & Strategy Manager in annual budgeting and forecasting process to aid in understanding future financial performance.
Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): Develop and maintain financial models analyse financial data, and provide insights to support decision-making.
Pricing and Cost Analysis: Prepare pricing models, unit economics reports, and perform profitability and cost analysis.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement projects to scale and enhance financial processes and controls.
Board Reporting: Support the preparation of quarterly board and investor reporting packs.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
Advanced skills in Power Query, Power Pivot, and advanced SQL is a must.
Proficient in MS Excel, with strong analytical and data visualization skills.
Strong knowledge of forecasting models and cost accounting processes.
Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Demonstrates strategic thinking and independent judgment.
Bias for action including the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
Relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
Fluent in English.
