You will work under the guidance of the Finance Manager or Senior Analyst to maintain finance transactions, data, systems and reporting. You will also collect data and perform detailed checks/controls.
How you will contribute
You will:
Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support for a focused scope within a region, business unit, country, Supply Chain, Mondelēz International Business Services or Corporate Finance team. You will also execute data collection and prepare data integrity checks Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment in your area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies Execute ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by the Finance Manager or Senior Analyst Support projects to improve efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement Contribute to a high-performing Finance team. You will also invest in personal development and the development of your Finance peers

What you need to know about this position:
Lead Inventory management across Egypt including inventory provisions, GIT, physical write off, quarterly physical count and monthly random physical count, scrap sales, inventory revaluation allocation, Subsidies studies, external audit requests. Fixed Asset management across Egypt sites including validating new capitalizations, CWIP closure monitoring and follow-ups, assets tagging and physical count, assets impairments. Review Fixed Asset capitalized quarterly to make sure all assets are valid in terms of nature and classification and useful life. Provide the support for AR build-up/validation process. Support financial analysis and lead consolidation of ad-hoc MSC reports across Egypt in conjunction with plant controllers. Total Egypt month end close activities including: Reports generation Reports generation (Egypt plants cost flash, BS variance YTD & variance analysis, Passback templates, IC reviews, variance release to P&L, One timers assessment and reporting. Support and partner with Internal controls, Plant Finance, Plant Pillar leads on MTI Self-Assessments.
Education / Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
