Managing the finance operations activities in VSOL Service Co., the role contributes to the overall compliance with Group Accounting, statutory reporting and fiscal requirements.
o Oversee the day to day financial operations of the company, including accounts payables, intercompany related transactions , Accruals , fixed assets , banks , etc….
o Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance to company policies and accounting standards
o Manage the month end and year end closing processes, ensuring all financial activities are completed accurately and on time
o Co-ordinate and assist with external audits, and other compliance requirements
o Propose and implement improvements to enhance financial processes
o Collaborates with support teams in CFSL to ensure the accuracy of recordings and compliance with established deadlines and quality of Fin Ops KPIs;
o Helps resolve escalations/complex accounting matters;
o Collaborate with cross functional teams to support business initiatives
o Collaborate with VSOL TOPco. Finance team upon business need
• Advanced accounting knowledge;
• SAP knowledge;
• PC and MSOffice operations skills
• Problem solving and decision-making skills
• Effective communication skills
• Minimum 3 years experience
• Good written and spoken English language
