Leverage your expertise and join a pioneering team in the finance manager to join one of the leading contracting companies and a market leader in the field of Turnkey Projects, EHV/HV and power cables projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


Finance Manager will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, cost control, risk management, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data, optimizing cash flow, and providing strategic insights to support business growth.


Key Accountabilities
  • Develop financial strategies, forecasts, and reports to support decision-making.
  • Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and ensure financial stability.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Identify financial risks, implement controls, and ensure adherence to tax and legal requirements.
  • Supervise financial transactions related to suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Coordinate with auditors, manage tax filings, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring efficiency and professional growth.
  • Liaise with management, investors, and financial institutions on financial matters.
Knowledge , Skills , Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role (experience in the construction industry is highly desirable).
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and cost management in the construction sector.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
