We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee our financial strategy, planning, and risk management while ensuring the company’s financial health and sustainability.
Responsibilities : 
  • Develop and oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support business objectives.
  • Analyze financial statements and reports to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk to optimize company resources.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial policies, and industry standards.
  • Oversee financial reporting, audits, and regulatory filings in coordination with external auditors.
  • Implement financial controls and policies to safeguard assets and prevent discrepancies.
  • Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering professional growth and high performance.
  • Collaborate with senior management to drive financial strategies and business growth.
  • Identify financial inefficiencies and recommend process improvements for enhanced profitability.
  • Stay updated on market trends, financial regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA, CFA, or CMA preferred).
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Finance Manager, with a strong background in financial planning and analysis.
  • Proficiency in financial software (QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial management principles, GAAP/IFRS, and tax regulations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a finance team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Work Conditions:
  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Working Days: Sunday - Thursday
  • Working Hours: 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM
  • Days Off: Friday - Saturday
  • Location: Greek Campus - Downtown
