Context Finance Manager Missions/Main Duties
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Manage cash flow forecasting.
Assist for the budget cycle: development of the annual budget, forecasting and budget exercises, gap analysis.
Assist of the monthly closing process: reporting production, analysis of the results, indicator monitoring, analysis and understanding of gaps.
Coordinate and controlling of dashboards and financial indicators in the Area (WC, DSO, ... ).
Financial component for major tenders issued.
Monitoring of the monthly contracts' reviews.
Validation of initial budgets of contracts managed.
Monthly review of contracts in collaboration with the operational team.
Ensure the correct application of IFRS on its perimeter.
Ensure the correct transmission of consolidation packages to consolidation department on time.
Ensure the relevance of the gaps between reporting, social accounts and consolidated accounts.
Supports the Finance team in implementing and enforcing company-wide accounting policies & best practice.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Follow company guidelines, code of conduct, policies and procedures as set out in employee handbook.
Participate in project teams and treat colleagues with due respect.
Represent the values of the company internally and externally to all stakeholders.
Profile/Skills
Master's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance
CPA, CMA or equivalent certification is preferred
At least 5 years' experience in accounting and finance.
Highly detail oriented and organized in work.
Ability to meet assigned deadlines.
Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives.
Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and clients to maximize performance.
Fluent in Engligh and French is a plus
Additional Language is a plus
Strong Excel skills
