Reckitt is seeking a bright, enthusiastic Finance Graduate to join our team. You'll be a pivotal part of a team shaping the financial strategies that drive our success. In this role, you'll not only crunch numbers; you'll gain invaluable insight working alongside our finance leaders, including the Finance Director and the pioneering minds of our eCommerce division. In summary, you'll:
- Lay the groundwork for all facets of financial planning, including strategic planning, annual budgeting, and rolling forecasts.
- Be instrumental in the automation of eCommerce reporting, utilising existing data architectures.
- Provide guidance and implement best practises for accounting compliance and consistent financial reporting across the division.
- Engage in a variety of ad hoc analyses, ranging from margin analysis to exploring new business models.
- Ability to flourish in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
- Strong Excel capabilities and a love for working with numbers.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
