Finance Director

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and strategic Finance Director to lead our finance team and drive financial excellence within our organization.

Position Overview:
As the Finance Director, you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial operations across multiple regions and functions. You will lead the finance team in providing strategic insights, managing financial performance, ensuring compliance, and enabling business growth. Your leadership will be critical in shaping the financial strategy and supporting key decision-making processes to drive long-term profitability and value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Oversee financial planning and analysis (FP&A), ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial performance.
• Provide strategic financial leadership, including budget preparation, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies across the organization.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, board members, and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal financial controls, and oversee the preparation of financial statements.
• Lead financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
• Support business leaders by providing actionable insights and recommendations on financial matters, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or CPA/ACCA preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the FMCG industry.
• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting in a multinational, high-growth environment.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of proficiency with financial software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
