To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Finance administration specialist/finance analyst to join our team at Suez Water. Our goal is to implement modern solutions in water and wastewater management and to provide consulting services. We place special emphasis on collaboration models based on long-term relationships with our partners, including in the format of Public-Private Partnerships.*Contract type Regular / Permanent Your responsibilities:Verification of invoices and financial settlements: checking the accuracy of invoices and the correctness of sums and data. Support in the process of settlements, financial reconciliations, and contract management. Recording, verification, and supervision of internal document flow (sales invoices, purchase invoices, contracts, leasing agreements). Analysis of financial flows, including ongoing monitoring of transactions and operating costs. Advisory function in the optimization of operating and administrative costs. Supervision of the administrative part of insurance: cooperation with the broker regarding company cars and business activity insurance. Fleet management. Negotiating with insurance brokers and administrative service providers, including office lease, offer analysis, and coordination of activities. Management of office equipment (e.g., laptops, monitors, phones). Initiating and implementing improvements in administrative and financial processes.Our requirements:Higher education in finance/finance administration or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel. Proficiency in English at the B2 level. Punctuality, reliability, meticulousness, and responsibility. Ability to organize your own work, analytical thinking skills, communicativeness, and openness. High sense of responsibility.
