As part of the Service engineering organization, you will contribute to providing the right data, context, and approach which will change the way we do business and make a difference for our customers.Your role: Customer relationship management through the effective use of technical knowledge to install, service, and maintain customer sites. Assisting in service repair, preventative maintenance, field change orders / installations. Identifying and solving customer issues, providing the customer with the appropriate communication, and involving Service and Sales teams as appropriate. Preferably demonstrated, repair and troubleshooting skills with experience in one of our modalities appreciated. University degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, degree or any other relevant engineering major. Good command of English written and spoken in addition to local language. Good command of MS Office programs No restriction for travelling. How we work togetherWe believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
