Job Summary:
Our client is seeking an experienced and driven
Field Sales Lead to lead strategic sales initiatives and manage high-value corporate relationships. This role will be instrumental in driving B2B sales growth, particularly within the real estate or related sectors, and leading a proactive field sales team. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in face-to-face client engagement, corporate negotiations, and delivering on ambitious revenue targets.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Identify and secure key corporate clients, building and maintaining long-term partnerships. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to provide data-driven insights and inform sales strategies. Lead high-impact negotiations and corporate deal closings, ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with business objectives. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and consultations to showcase service value and build trusted relationships. Optimize sales processes to improve conversion rates, operational efficiency, and client retention. Define clear KPIs for the field sales team and regularly track performance against targets. Generate and present detailed reports on sales pipeline activity, forecasting, and performance metrics. Provide mentorship, training, and strategic direction to the field sales team to foster a high-performance sales culture. Support team members in addressing challenges, refining sales tactics, and enhancing client engagement.
Key Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of proven success in B2B field sales, preferably within the real estate sector or similar industries.
Skills:
Strong experience in corporate negotiations and high-value deal closing. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to use market insights to shape sales plans. Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a track record of managing high-performing teams. Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting and performance optimization. Proficiency in English (spoken and written); familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
