POSITION SUMMARY
Develop and implement an effective and efficient support structure serving the sustained development of the Medical Field Force Structure and fostering alignment between Marketing and Field Operations. Through
building understanding of importance and impact of roll out and continuous assessment of Global Programs in combination with local/regional best practices/ programs. End goal: developing and maintaining a highly motivated, ethical and effective medical field force. Being the key advisor in all code related issues in the operational domains of Medical Field Operations, Marketing Team, Sales Team and commercial agencies.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
Effectively Implement and assess global programs: Professional Detailing skills (PDS) and its applications, Working with Health Institutions (WHI), Develop Performance Coaching (DPC), Versatility Detailing and Social Styling, CRM-modules (nutrition and WHO), Medical delegate Management System (MDMS). Identify developmental gaps + propose and develop the necessary tools to overcome these and this in close cooperation with the Field Managers, CBM and Reller. Use MDMS / MFF CRM in the assessment of the effectiveness of the implemented global programs + in the training and coaching of MFF. Guide MDMS/CRM Integration Manager regarding focus analysis data and training of proper use of the system by MFF, CBM, Marketing. Assures PDS (need based detailing) and WHO-Code compliance of all detailing materials and this in close cooperation with marketing teams. Develop and implement Quantitative and Qualitative MFF KPIs related to efficiency and effectiveness. Assures Code-compliance/EU-directive compliance of all activities involved in + assists Nestlé WHO- Code compliance manager in achieving the same at NiM and all other relevant levels (i.e. distributers, third parties). Identify (FOM) and develop (PDM), back-to-back with NFOM, talents of MFF. Develop, discuss and execute agreed developmental/training plan within the allocated budget.
7-10 years of total experience, including 3-5 years as a second-line manager. Must have experience in Nutrition or Pediatrics. Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field. Cross-functional experience is preferred. Ability to work independently in challenging or demanding market environments to achieve and exceed goals. Experience managing a regional team. Experience managing projects and tasks, including organizing activities with medical and paramedical health professionals on topics related to infant nutrition, products, R&D, etc.
