Role Overview:
The Field Marketing Specialist will be responsible for researching relevant on-ground activations, and initiating creative ideas for Breadfast's participation in different events to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Research relevant on-ground activations
Collaborate with the social media team for event coverage
Generate creative ideas for Breadfast's participation in events
Ensure alignment with social media team for live coverage
Analyze campaigns and events’ performance to optimize an effective ROI
Evaluating the effectiveness of past events based on coupons' redemption rates
Develop and execute marketing campaigns and strategies
Develop brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement
Organize events and manage partnerships
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends
Required Education, Knowledge, And Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
1-3 years of proven experience in field marketing or related roles.
Strong understanding of on-ground activations and event management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
