Role Objectives: 


The Field Marketing Lead at Breadfast, will spearhead our field marketing efforts with a primary focus on driving revenue and activating our brand in the market. This role is pivotal in translating marketing activities into measurable financial outcomes and engaging directly with our target audiences through innovative activations. Your initiatives will directly contribute to our sales pipeline and overall business growth.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement innovative field marketing campaigns, tailored to local markets, that effectively promote our products.


  • Develop and manage the annual on-ground activation calendar across various locations.


  • Oversee end-to-end execution of events we sponsor and ensure all companies requesting sponsorships are effectively managed.


  • Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all event coverage and on-ground sponsorships.


  • Lead the planning and execution of high-impact activations that resonate with our target demographic, ensuring a seamless bridge between brand presence and consumer engagement.


  • Work closely with the Commercial and design and digital Marketing teams to identify opportunities for market penetration and revenue generation.


  • Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of field marketing campaigns in terms of revenue generation and customer acquisition.


  • Manage the end-to-end process of events and activations, including conceptualization, budgeting, execution, and post-event analysis.


  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to continually refine and optimize field marketing efforts for maximum ROI.


  • Ensure that all field marketing activities align with the brand’s values, message, and goals, enhancing brand visibility and market share.


  • Mentor and lead a field marketing team, instilling a revenue-driven marketing mindset while fostering an environment of creativity and innovation.


REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in field marketing, event management, or a similar role.


  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful marketing campaigns and events.


  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills to manage and oversee the team.


  • Have the ability to manage ushers and on-ground agents for Breadfast effectively.


  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for building relationships with team members, external partners, and customers.


  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt strategies in real-time.
