Job Description
Egybell is hiring Field Maintenance Engineer for a leading company
(project base for 6 months) #Fresh Graduates.
Job Purpose
To cover technical support Level 1 scope through interface will assign private and utility sectors customers on Egypt to train and solve all open issues, raise product & SW issues to PM & SW team and cascade feedback to customer to guarantee maximum customer satisfaction level.
Key Accountabilities
1- Act and provide required support for AMI project on O&M phase.
2- Communicate and support the utility sector customer on the assigned project to solve all technical issues faced and support to open channel with other entities.
3- Communicate and support the Private sector customers on any required troubleshooting and commissioning.
4- Perform required sites visit to provide field technical support.
5- Provide all required training to the customer.
6- Solve all technical issues on level 1 scope on time.
7- Escalating any issue related to Level 2 scope to the concerned team and refer back to the customer by solution.
8- Guarantee best customer satisfaction level.
9- Hold a regular field visits to customer’s location to discuss and solve any in progress issues.
10- Responsible about day-to-day update and reporting to O&M Section Head.

Qualification & Education:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. Years of Experience: Fresh Graduates. Language: Arabic – English. Computer skills: Excellent.
Technical competencies:
Excellent knowledge on Electrical Basics, AMI Fundamentals, Low & Medium Voltage Connection, CT/VT, 3PH Sequence.
