SOKNA is now seeking a Field Coordinator with the following responsibilities & requirements.-Job Responsibilities:Be our frontline representative, based in one of our partner hospitals to interface with families facing loss in a timely manner directlyPlan, led, and executed funeral services on the ground daily with the support of a small teamCommunicate with the Account Executive to receive new service requests, collect instructions, and report timely updates at various steps of the funeralAddress customer needs with great attention to detail and laser focus on qualityBuild relationships with the staff at the hospital among other parties and eloquently communicate our company’s mission and core valuesPrepare all the tools and documents needed to meet the service requirementsFill forms, complete paperwork, and write concise notesHandle payments and service accounting with relevant stakeholders-Job Requirements:Fresh Graduates are required.Good - Very Good in English.Leadership SkillsCommunication SkillsDecision Making / Problem Solving-Company Industry: Egypt's first end-to-end funeral service & cemetery-Company Website: https://sokna.com/-Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/soknagroup/-Working Conditions:Work Location: Hospital Based (Rotational)Working Hours: 9 AM: 5 PM, Two days off (Rotational)-Perks at SOKNA:Full medical/dental/vision coverageTeam-oriented and supportive work environmentOpportunities for growth and professional developmentQuarterly team-building events and outings
