SOKNA is now seeking a Field Coordinator with the following responsibilities & requirements. -Job Responsibilities:
Be our frontline representative, based in one of our partner hospitals to interface with families facing loss in a timely manner directly
Plan, led, and executed funeral services on the ground daily with the support of a small team
Communicate with the Account Executive to receive new service requests, collect instructions, and report timely updates at various steps of the funeral
Address customer needs with great attention to detail and laser focus on quality
Build relationships with the staff at the hospital among other parties and eloquently communicate our company’s mission and core values
Prepare all the tools and documents needed to meet the service requirements
Fill forms, complete paperwork, and write concise notes
Handle payments and service accounting with relevant stakeholders
-Job Requirements:
Fresh Graduates are required.
Good - Very Good in English.
