Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) Lead to oversee the management and coordination of all FF&E activities within our projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in FF&E procurement, installation, and management, and will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of projects from start to finish. The FF&E Lead will work closely with design teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure all furniture, fixtures, and equipment meet the project’s quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
FF&E Coordination and Management:
Lead the procurement, sourcing, and coordination of all FF&E items. Ensure all items meet design specifications, quality standards, and budgetary constraints.
Vendor and Supplier Management:
Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors. Negotiate contracts and pricing, ensuring timely delivery and quality control of all FF&E materials.
Project Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all FF&E specifications, orders, budgets, and inventories. Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to senior management.
Installation and Supervision:
Oversee the installation process of FF&E items, ensuring that all furniture, fixtures, and equipment are installed according to plan and on schedule. Address any issues or discrepancies that arise during installation.
Quality Control and Compliance:
Conduct thorough inspections of all FF&E items to ensure they meet quality standards and comply with the project’s design requirements.
Budget and Cost Management:
Monitor and track all FF&E-related expenditures. Ensure projects are completed within the allocated budget, and adjust plans as necessary to meet financial constraints.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including design, procurement, and construction departments, to ensure that FF&E requirements are fully integrated into the overall project plan.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
At least 4 years of experience in FF&E management within the interior design, construction, or hospitality industry.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of FF&E procurement and installation processes.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and vendors.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions:
Workdays: Sunday to Thursday
Days off: Friday and Saturday
