NOK Human Capital is hiring "Fashion Account Manager" for one of the biggest multinational E-commerce companies.
Located in Maadi.
Contract duration: 1 year.
Key job responsibilities
Developing a thorough understanding of the market segment, seasonality and global trends/events, and continually monitoring competitor efforts.
Identifying, prospecting, and acquiring high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations.
Guiding sellers through sharing best-practices of online selling, including data-driven insights that help sellers achieve high standards of delivery, customer experience & business targets.
Collaborating with and influencing a number of internal and external stakeholders to understand and resolve seller issues.
Basic qualifications
2+ years of professional account management experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies
Preferred qualifications
Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals
Experience within e-commerce or Retail fields
Account management and stakeholder management experience, preferably within fashion industry.
