Ability to using software in the diagnosis and solving problems.
Ensure, in cooperation with the team, compliance with safety regulations and record-keeping of activities performed
Implement aramex standards and focus on preventive maintenance to ensure a high level of equipment availability.
Be prepared to work shifts and under pressure according to the business needs.
Support of the technicians technically to complete the daily tasks according to SOPs.
Support FM leader in creating weekly and monthly reports for the whole systems.
Support FM leader in developing solutions to difficult problems and be on call for emergencies.
Handle the daily activities, meet deadlines and develop plans on how to achieve departmental and distribution goals.
Ensuring that all safety instructions and procedures are followed, develop, and maintain preventative maintenance programs.
Ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, and wiring methods and materials.
Develop and maintain good working relationships across all levels in the organization.

Qualifications
Educational background (Electrical)
Fair knowledge of English language
5 years’ experience, minimum 3 years of experience in the maintenance of electrical forklifts.
Experience with the maintenance of industrial equipment “Conveyors, Industrial Elevators, packing machines” is preferred
Experience of using MS office program
Ability to managing technicians
Knowledge of Safety rules in technical services
Able to work under pressure in a cross functional organization.
Able to work with minimal supervision.
Able to read technical drawings and manuals
