About the location:

The heartbeat of the nile. In the heart of Cairo on the banks of the River Nile, our Hotel opens the door to discovering Egypt’s 5,000-year-old ancient mysteries. Just a short drive away, set out to explore the majestic pyramids, the 1,000-year old market, the 12th-century citadel and the ancient Egyptian museum. Later, experience Cairo’s breathtaking sunset from the Nile on a traditional felucca, dine at our nine acclaimed restaurants, relive the pharaoh’s beauty secrets at the Spa or simply take an art tour to see the collection of contemporary local artwork that fills our halls.

About the role:
F&B Hostess for Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza

What you will do

1. Conduct self in a professional manner at all times. 

2. Adhere to the established standard of conduct and house rules, fire regulations, and department procedures and policies.

3. Dress in issued uniform and ensures a neat, clean, and tidy appearance at all times, adhering to the established Grooming Standards Policy.

4. Report to shift on time. Aware of schedule at all times and if unable to attend work, notify the Duty Manager in adequate time and according to policy.

5. The ability to treat each guest courtly & graciously with good smile, eye contact and good posture
6. The ability to pick up the daily menus and insert them properly into their covers

What you bring

1. Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language

2. 6 months to 1 year previous food and beverage experience
