Raya Foods; one of Raya’s subsidiaries, is hiring an External Manufacturing Line Leader.
What will you do:
Work to achieve the daily production goal and collaborate with other departments to ensure that production goals are met along with overall business objectives.
Responsible for submitted root cause analysis and production reports about reduction in productivity, stoppages and scrap and responsible for implementing the corrective actions.
Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize line production.
Review and monitor the packaging & raw materials requirements and availability against the line production plan.
Supervising helpers, assigning duties.
Monitoring helpers’ performance and ensuring their compliance with quality and safety standards, and the company’s SOPs.
Reporting any issue that arises during the shift to management and take corrective actions.
Guiding team members and new staff.
Inspect equipment of production line and communicate the need for repairs or replacements to management.
