Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Export Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Cairo, Egypt. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our international sales efforts and ensuring smooth export operations.


  • Coordinate and process export orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Prepare and manage export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin
  • Liaise with customers, freight forwarders, and shipping companies to arrange international shipments
  • Monitor and track shipments, providing regular status updates to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Assist in resolving any export-related issues or discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records of export transactions and update customer databases
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies
  • Assist in preparing reports on export sales activities and performance metrics
  • Support the development and implementation of export sales strategies

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in export documentation 
  • Strong knowledge of export documentation, procedures, and international shipping practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
  • Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs procedures
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines consistently
