WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Lead logistics team responsible for shipment planning based on expected supply & customer requirements. Coordinate the supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery. Responsible for export logistics excellence scope. Responsible for logistics budget center; maintain cost analysis report. Manage logistics cost & savings projects. Identify logistics areas for process improvement and cost optimization to ensure expectations are met. Develop dashboard for logistics KPIs & shipment tracking. Maintain updated reports of shipments tracker and send to customers on weekly basis. Optimize logistics planning to ensure we are delivering with best service, quality & lead time. Communicate with customers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, ports & ICT team to achieve profitable deals. Schedule loading plan taking into consideration WHs shifts capacity, vessel schedules, customer requirements. Provide information to customers about the status of their shipments, sudden regelation, Follow up the customer complains (if any) to close internal with clear action plan and responsibility.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Logistics/Transportation/Supply Chain 4 to 6 years of experience Proven experience as logistics and/or Customer Service is a must. Knowledge of laws, regulations, and ISO requirements Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (SAP)
